VIOLA 10th Anniversary is an unfiltered pale ale blonde beer, characterized by a gold color, a fine perlage of bubbles and a candid, persistent foam. we choose 100% Italian hops in bloom and malts, whose unique characteristics blend citrus aromas and sweet notes. On taste a decisive but not protagonist bitterness is well balanced by a dry and round body, which evolves into on extremely clean palate, with a light floral touch and fresh resinous base
