INGREDIENTS Altino pepper, rosemary, thyme, sage, marjoram, bay leaf. It does not contain salt and can replace it. Peperone di Altino is an intense red vegetable which, when ripe, has the characteristic of having the fruits turned upwards, "capammonte cocce". The Peperone di Altino is present in the Atlas of Traditional Products of the Abruzzo region.
